MGS 4 was a great game but definitely not the best of all time. It's debatable that it's not even the best game of this year.

Amazon had some nice deals. I bought fallout 3 for $40 and heavenly sword for $20.
Spend hundreds to thousands of dollars upgrading software and hardware including graphics cards, sound cards etc. I like PC games but they just demand too much from you. I'll stick with the consoles.

This story might be believable except for the "midway" part.
Went to circuit city this morning and got the 360 with the free harddrive and controller. Good deal.

I was planning on getting the Dualshock 3 until I remembered a couple of things. It's just a CONTROLLER. With vibration. I don't even notice vibration when I played on my PS2. I also have a excellent sixaxis normal controller that will last me for at least 3 years. All of this hype over a controller with vibration.
You guys must like your vibration. :s

Rockstar also influential but never a fan of the gta games. Nintendo meh I wasn't playing video games when they were making good games.
Assassin's Creed one of the greatest storylines of all time. I loved the ending as well. People are used to getting what they want but AC had an ending that is yes a cliffhanger but leaves a ton of room for your imagination. Now would we still be remembering AC right now if they had given us a cotton candy conclusion? No, the ending was awesome no matter what anyone says.
